Home of the Year!
Exciting week in Collette Ward Interiors! On this Thursday evening 30th March Collette's house will be featured in Home of the Year.....
Thursday March 30th RTÉ One
In the fifth programme of the series, the judges travel to West Cork to visit an architecturally extended coastal home, then to County Wicklow where they take a look at a re-imagined bungalow and a 19th century railway goods shed turned home.
"Collette and her husband were searching for a home with space that could accommodate their shared passion for horses, but also somewhere that Collette could really put her own unique stamp on. When they found their bungalow in county Wicklow 17 years ago, Collette immediately set about breathing life and character into their home.
They added a glass filled extension at the rear of the house, creating a light filled, open plan living space , and used the attic space in the bungalow to accommodate a spacious master bedroom and landing area complete with book shelves and seating area.
With an eclectic mix of furniture and colourful wallpaper throughout, Collette describes the style of her home as contemporary country. She loves to relax in her garden and enjoy the stunning Wicklow views."
